HRM plays a huge role in management strategic decisions that guides organization operations. HRM helps organizations to reach their goals. They need to see valuable assets to the company and make strategies, that organization can fulfil they goals with the valuable employees. A poorly hired or misplaced employee could negatively affect the organization in many ways, for example, financially; productivity could be low, which could lead to losing customers or having bad reputation.
