Vacancy: universitair docent (u/d) Lectureship/ Senior Lectureship (Associate Professorship) in Cultural Economics Faculty of History and the Arts Erasmus University Rotterdam The Netherlands The successful candidate will join a team of social scientists working in a specialised department of studies of the arts and culture within the Faculty of History and the Arts. Cultural economics is taught on the Bachelor course on the study of the arts and culture (with an intake of approximately 70 students) and on the international one-year Masters degree in Cultural Economics and Cultural Entrepreneurship (MA CE&CE – with 25 students from the Netherlands and abroad). These courses are taught in English. In addition to these courses, there are several Ph D students working on cultural economics in the Faculty, which also regularly hosts academic visitors from abroad. The internationally recognised expert team of cultural economists, headed by Professor Arjo Klamer with Dr Ruth Towse as Co-ordinator of the MA CE&CE, is active in research and
