On November 24, 2009 I spoke with ChanYew Woo concerning his perspective regarding his career path and his current job as an assistant manager in Iowa State University Dining. I learned that much to be done to be successful in one’s career path. The major aspect of my interview is towards the right things to do and right minds in a job interview. He had few jobs after his graduation with a degree in Business Administration. He graduated from University of New Orleans in 2006 with a MBA. In the next year, he applied to his current job. There is a human relations model of management is needed in his current job and this makes him interested in his current job. He mentioned that his current job provides an opportunity for interpersonal communication and the development of close personal ties among the staff. As to his concerns, his current position would need time to prove himself and experiences to proceed to the higher positions in ISU Dining. He believes that the planning functions of management and leadership in his business are entirely his responsibility. Sometimes, you might need to think outside of the box. In which, he meant
