Studied the combination of religion and psychology. - Mindfulness - Stress Reduction Stop Take a Breath Observe Proceed - Difficult to do mindfullness quickly - Means its at a disadvantage in a modern day setting. - Popularity - Became popular in the 1950s/60s. - used to think it would change society - Now, think it will change the person - Nowadays, a selfish perspective may work better.
