There are many different reasons why people do MBAs, some of the more popular ones include growth opportunities, the money an MBA makes or often sheer helplessness at not knowing what else to do, and an MBA seems the easy way out. Whatever your reason, an MBA degree from the right institute can give your career a definite push in the right direction. Most people would agree without debate that IIM A is the most appropriate place to do an MBA from irrespective of who you are and where you’re from. The definition of the right institute, or better yet, an acceptable level of institute depends on a number of parameters, some of which I would like to discuss in this write up.
