Action Plan For Working In School Setting ABA 610 Bria Bryant National University
Abstract In this paper I am going to be talking about an action plan for working in the school setting as a third party. When setting up an action plan for entering a school you have to make sure to gain a relationship with the staff and administration there. It can be a difficult task but very rewarding for the outcome of the intervention plan. When working as a behavior analyst you have the goal to develop more independent and socially appropriate behaviors for the children you will be working with. A lot of the children that we work with will be in classrooms for a majority of their day most days of the week. We have to build those relationships with the staff and administration working with the students during the day. Just like it is important to build rapport with the parents to share information it’s the same with instructors. The reason for an action plan is to plan out and consider all of the steps that have to come together to make the process complete.
