The rate can be a measure of how much breathing protein goes. Example:protein with two motifs. Arrangement with cofactor binding to particular enzyme involving 1 of the two peptide. Interaction is repeated in a family of proteins. Small amino acids are found in corners or bends, (table 6-2) indicate whether on interior or surface. High positive--- interior, with low negative---on the surface. Estimate 3 d structure from the amino acid
