In your own words, what is meant by sociological imagination (also referred to as sociological perspective)? 5pts Sociological imagination also known as sociological perspective emphasizes on social backgrounds such as an individuals’ physical environment, society the individual lives in, or past personal experiences. Sociological imagination involves the examining of these various contexts that affect an individuals’ life. Some social contexts that determine people are their social setting, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, age, and income. Another social context would be society’s influence on an individual; this is considered crucial in the analysis. C.
