Claire Tu Petersen Biology 6 T 7:00 – 10:10 December 9, 2008 One World Veggie Extra Credit The One World Veggie Restaurant in West Covina is small but comfortable with a cute setting. The menu stated on the bottom that all the food is vegan with a few exceptions. I am surprised they did not need eggs or chicken broth. The menu included various kinds of food from different cultures. There were Italian Primavera Pasta, Japanese Sushi, Vietnamese Pho, Indian Curry, Chinese Hot and Sour Soup and the American Burger. There were so many options, but I ended up trying the Vermicelli with Grilled Teriyaki and Imperial Rolls. Jeremy ordered the One World Grilled Teriyaki Kabob. My Vermicelli with Grilled Teriyaki and Imperial rolls had thin white noodles with veggie beef and Aulacese-style veggie "egg-less" rolls. It was served with Aulacese vinaigrette and shredded lettuce, mints and cucumber. The meat looked so real, but I was hesitant to eat it.

Last of all, the meal did not satisfy my appetite, and on the way home, I ended up grabbing French Fries “Animal Style” from In-N-Out....

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
