What is a daemon It is a background system processes that offer special services, they are normally run when the system starts. 2. What is the difference between rlogin and rtelnet? The difference is that rlogin can be used to login to a remote host with the same operating system that you are using. On the other hand, rtelnet can be used between multiple operating systems. 3. Machine A wants to get a file from a database managed by Machine B. Machine B, however, finds that the specific data requested is actually stored on another filesystem managed by Machine C. Who is the client and who is the server? Machine A is a client to B, Machine B is both a server to A and a client to C, and Machine C is a server to B. 4. Name 3 things that superuser can do that a normal user cannot do. You get full permissions on files and directories. You can change your password
