A pest is any harmful, destructive, or nuisance organism. They have been used as a part of chemical warfare since the beginning of time. In 1830, 58 hours of manpower were needed to tend to an acre of grain in the US. Today it only takes 2 hours. In the 1800s, 98% of the US population worked on farms. Today only 2% work on farms but provide for everyone....
