Then why after the attack why would they want to pull out and re-strategize there positions and pull out of there rural areas, the US never thought of maintain forces in the rural area but the Taliban this is a very pivotal for the Taliban and the fact for them to re-strategize the US armed force and shows to there supporters what they are capable of.
