The take-home component is to be done by the student; however not all of the questions may be graded. Grading Details Your TA should have your work graded before your next tutorial session, but it may take slightly longer to have the marks posted on WebCT. If you wish to appeal or have your mark reviewed then you will be required to produce your original graded work keep all of your work until the final grade is released and you have verified it . A returned grade of-1 means the work has not been submitted and/or graded. Submission Details Most tutorial work will be submitted in hardcopy during tutorial. For cases of online submission, please note the following information: File Format: Upload your tutorial assignment as a single file using the Adobe PDF (.pdf) file format. PDF converters are available in the JHE-320 laboratory and in CIS computer labs across campus. There are also many freely available PDF converters online. Naming convention: The file should be named according to the specification, [WebCT userid]_aw[assignment week].pdf . For example, the week 4 assignment submission uploaded by Dr. Doyle would have the name doylet_aw4.pdf . Verify and Upload: Do not compress (i.e. zip) your tutorial submission. Ensure your file is readable before you submit it. Files which are compressed or unreadable by your TA will be assigned a 0. 3 ENGINEER 1C03 Tutorial Grading Fall 09-10 Term 1 Tutorial Grading All assignments are of equal value. Two types of sketching problems will be assigned: 1. isometric pictorials, and 2. multiviews. Assignments and exams will be graded in exactly the same way using the rubrics below. Grades are given by Equation 1 . X Criteria Weight 3, if exemplary 2, if proficient 1, if marginal 0, if unacceptable (1) Isometric Pictorials You will be given either a picture, sketch, or multiview drawing of a part or assembly. You are expected to quickly and neatly sketch an isometric pictorial. Your sketch should instantly be recognizable as a correct representation of the original and correct projection sketching in correct proportion....
