    First, create the slides

    Then, click “Slide Show”   “Record  Narration”.

    When the “Record Narration”  menu appears… Click “Set Microphone Level” to test your  mic.

    Click “Change Quality” to adjust  audio quality. Click the drop-box and choose “Telephone  Quality” to keep the file size at a minimum.  Then click OK.

    Click “OK” to begin recording On the “Record Narration” menu, click “First Slide”.  PowerPoint slides will expand to full screen, and you  may begin recording your voice.

    During the recording… After recording the content for each slide, click on  the left mouse button to go on to the next slide. To stop recording, press the ESC key.
