Risk for Self-Care Deficit, bathing/hygiene, related to weakness as manifested by the verbalization and weak and pale appearance of the patient Body movements are possible because of the movement of impulses elicited by such stimuli which then passes through our nerves going to our neurons which are then interpreted by our brain. Nerves and Neurons serve as messengers. If these are impaired, the affectation to the brain function would be decreased . Weakness and feeling of tiredness
