Genetic discrimination: someone is treated unfairly because of what your DNA says  about you. Bill Clinton in 2000 signed an executive order decree that prohibited federal  departments using genetic information for hiring or promotions. 2008 – George W. Bush  created GINA, genetic information non-discrimination ac. A law that all employers and  insurers are barred from using genetic information to discriminate. Biological Determinism: Eugenics, social Darwinism, intelligence is determined from  birth, ties into social welfare. If environment cannot help you then why pay for social
