Tomika Levi Nick Williams Thursday @ 1 XXXY Two individuals born with intersex gender are neither male or female One of the individuals said, “ I don’t know any other individual that is an intersex that is happy with their procedure.” Another intersex child discussed that a child’s genitals should be left as they are until they are old enough to decide for themselves. Statisitcs show that 1 out of every 2000 children are born intersex Doctors normally decide which gender is best for the child or they ask the parents and then follow up on it. Not only has the procdure had a negatvives physically but emotionally Intersex is when a child is born with both a penis and a vagina Junky Punky Girlz Three girls go on an outing to a tattoo shop to get a nose piercing

Unformatted text preview: In the Indian culture nose piercing is special and has a sacred and important meaning One of the young girls is an Indian and because she was scared to get her piercing she called her other for support . Her mother does not want her to get the piercing from just any one. She wants it done correctly and in the right place The young girl wants the piercing but can not communicate with her because of the language barrier. She can identify with the women because the are the same race (Indian) but her language barrier creates a problem. You can be of the same race and still not identify with each other in some aspects....
