For the most part I believe it is the lack of knowledge that is the base of the problem. Schools are only equipped to take in a certain amount of students that are considered to be of special needs. This makes it easier for most schools to only see fit to have one or two classes that are for special needs students. This means the students who are in these classes are one among the many that may have other issues. Many of the minority students may not face any issues other than a slight language

Parents and students who are of the minorities would see this as an issue, but may feel as if it is not their place to say something. I believe schools should have a better understanding of where to sort these students. Instead of causing problems schools should be giving the minorities the proper education....
