As an engineer your work will be read and scrutinized by other professionals. In some instances your work could be a legal document or a piece of evidence in a court of law. It is your responsibility that the work you prepare is presented in a legible and logical manner.

3 Organization of a Problem Solution Engineers must be systematic in preparing their solutions: 1. Problem statement . State the known facts about the problem and what you intend to find.
