Class meetings with Zoom Important Zoom functions: Video – you can turn on/off your video in the bottom left of the Zoom window. Video is useful to me because I can see your reactions and gauge understanding of the material I am presenting Sound – you can turn on/off your microphone (so others can hear you) in the bottom left of the Zoom window. I will usually mute all participants so that background noises are not distracting. You can unmute your microphone if you would like to talk.
