Whitney Canada Une sociéte de United Technologies IA United Technologies Company Planning & Performance Management In collaboration with the key business unit stakeholders; support a strategic business review to define and document current processes & mapping and gather new business requirements. Support and improve daily business processes by simplifying the integration of Program Management and Planning & Performance Management processes. This project has two discrete components: 1. Business requirements definition Planning & Performance Management (VSM) This project includes participation and facilitation of value stream mapping sessions with key stakeholders, documenting current process, gathering new requirements and developing efficient tools to support emerging business requirements including developing decision analytics to support data interpretation. This project will support mapping (VSM) current processes and developing improved processes & tools to address new government support requirements. Planning 8. Performance Management This project includes developing tools to support current and emerging business requirements, developing decision analytics to support data interpretation, analyzing & documenting current processes, and support month end cycle and achieving cost targets on a day to day operational basis. Documented business requirements, completed VSM, proposed / recommended process and tools to successfully meet requirements Participate in various projects to define requirements, develop business solutions, coding, documenting and deploying IT that support data based decision making (including changes that may result from E-Focus and/or VSM) Evaluate current cost reporting, standardize reporting & tools, document and train SEC to execute the reporting Develop improved methods & reporting of planned purchases from supplier Support stakeholders in creating budgets, forecasts and earned value analysis and maintenance Process and system benchmarking Documented roadmap (aligned to exec requirements) to prioritize improvement initiatives Improve decision making by better integrating (bridging) Project Management and Planning & Performance Management processes.
