I have joined the TU/e for PPD on 9 th Oct 2009 before that I was working in a business organization for more than one year, during which I had many experiences of talking to clients and resolving their technical problems very rapidly. Meeting Skills: I had some previous experience of attending the professional meetings but mainly as learner, I didn’t participate much in speaking rather than listening for better understanding. Presentation skills: I had presented my master’s thesis project, bachelor thesis, course projects etc many times in front of 8-10 people, but I didn’t find it very effective presentation, as I didn’t have regular practice. Working in groups: Before coming to TU/e I was working in Software Company with a team of 7-8 people. We use to resolve the support and consulting projects in group, I like working in teams, and I am a good team player, was the feedback I got in my performance review from my colleagues. Group Work; City Expansion The task was about the expansion of already well developed city with all the facilities like bungalows, city market, school, garden and shopping centre etc. How do we accommodate all these requirements or facilities within the provided area with conceptual study was most important.
