ANS 150 - Introduction to Animal Science Laboratory Practical Information Laboratory practical examinations are designed to test students' practical knowledge of material covered in the course. The majority of the information covered on the practical examination is from the laboratory sessions. The information listed below is provided to give students an idea of what is entailed for each of the laboratory practical examinations, including a rough idea of the types of questions that might be asked. Laboratory Practical I - September 28 / September 30, 2009 Laboratories Covered - Animal Behavior, Reproductive Anatomy, Digestive Anatomy and Feedstuffs. Format - This laboratory practical will be partitioned into stations. A station will consist of a group of related questions. Depending on the type of question, students are given anywhere from 45 seconds to 10 minutes per station. Types of Questions - Some, none, or all of these types of questions might be used on the practical. Animal Behavior -
