Course Objective and Description This is a required course for all business majors and it provides students with an understanding of financial management in corporate environment. Topics include capital budgeting, sources and forms of long-term financing, financial structure, cost of capital, equity management and mergers and acquisitions. 4. Examinations and Grading: a. There will be four in-class examinations including the final examination. b.
