COURSE DESCRIPION AND OBJECTIVES : This course is a complex course covering advanced accounting topics to include business combinations, consolidation accounting, multinational operations and foreign currency transactions, liquidations, and reorganizations. We will also cover partnership formation, income distribution and liquidation. Accounting principles and the role of the financial accountant as a decision-maker, the accountant’s ethical responsibilities
