Mixed chemicals to make a perfect ph solution just like in our body. o AMES solution Sodium Chloride Calcium Chloride Phosphates Poured ames into beaker which would feed into tube with eyeball So surrounding eyeball is in a solution just like our body Add sodium bicarbonate bubble with 5% co2 and 95% o2 into the ames to create the ph BLUE CONES o Blue cones are closer to other cones in the retina. o Oddly spread out o Diameter is smaller than red and green cones o Red and green cones avoid other cones while a blue could go up next to it Then I washed beakers for about 30 minutes. Used this cool hand gun like thing with extremely clean water to wash them with. Made electrodes (pipets) had to be a perfect size of about 5.1
