PEER REVIEW FORM—Essay 1 (Attach a blank form to back of each draft.) STAPLE EACH SET! (5 copies) REVIEWER’S Name:__________________________________________ Author’s Name:_________________________________________________________ Title of Essay INSTRUCTIONS: Read essay twice. The first pass is to get a general feel for what the writer is trying to say. The second pass should be a more careful reading where you mark up the essay. Write marginal notes on anything that puzzles you. Underline the main idea. Draw a squiggly line under any confusing words, sentences or phrases. QUESTIONS: What are the major strengths of this essay?
