IV. Essay Question (500  words) 1. The rebellious figures have consistently  appeared in the works we have read this  semester, including Monkey, Hong Kiltong,  and Prince Sado. Use specific textual  examples to analyze the characteristics of  the rebellious figures in different texts.  Compare the differences as well as  similarities in terms of the cause, manner,  extent, and consequence of their rebellions.  Hint: Monkey: wreaking havoc in heaven           Hong Kiltong: martial arts, “save-the- poor” party    Sado: serial killing, martial arts, attempted
