Mr. Thomas Childers, Operations Manager Ambassador Restaurant Corp. 14325 LBJ Freeway, Suite 226 Dallas, TX 75252 Dear Mr. Childers, I have been informed that Ms. Maria Constantine sent you an email discussing her dissatisfaction with her visit to Buckaroo’s last Thursday night. She reported that her party waited far too long to be seated, waited even longer for their drinks, and received their steaks cold. I take full responsibility for the problems Ms. Constantine encountered while visiting our establishment. I first would like to briefly explain the reasons that Ms. Constantine’s party had an undesirable experience to our restaurant. She says in her letter that even though the restaurant was nearly empty, her wait time was too long. We both know that expenses have been very high recently and as the result of the recession in the economy, cost cuts across the board have been made. One of the first managerial decisions I made when I started here was a reduction in the number of staff working on weeknights. The effect of this reduction was increased wait time and low levels
