The primary aims of the general education requirement are to create strong citizens, instill a life-long desire for learning, and enrich the human experience. Description: This course introduces fundamental problems and concepts of art in the fields of design, sculpture, graphics, painting, and ceramics, as related to home, community, religion, commerce, and industry. The Goal of the Course: Students will have a foundation of understanding about visual art, a familiarity with art history, and an individual appreciation for art. Requirements and Grading: Your grade will consist of four 100 point tests. Each test will be worth 25% of your total grade in the course. Tests are tentatively scheduled during the following weeks 1. February 15-19 2. March 8-12 3. April 12-16 4. May 10-15 Exams are tentatively scheduled for the weeks above. You will be required to make an appointment to take each of the exams in the computer testing center. With the exception
