ECE420 Homework/Project #8 30 points Page 1 of 2 A renowned car company is to design a wireless remote controller for its new model car. Tasks for the various parts of the design have been assigned to various divisions. The communication division has been asked to design the front-end of the receiver and your digital division is to design the back-end of the receiver. The communication division has completed its job and has posted the front-end receiver software “RemoteData.vhd” on ECE420 website. Your design is to receive a sequence of binary bits from the front-end of the wireless receiver and to activate the respective functions if the sequence of binary bits matches the specified patterns. When the incoming bit is not part of the bit sequence, the sequential machine will behave as specified by the type of sequence detector assigned. The activation of the respective function is emulated by displaying the function number on the seven-segment LED; it must be displayed until another function is activated. Implement the sequential machine using Cyclone2 on the DE2 board. Use Key(0) push-button switch
