ECE420 Homework #9 For the problems below, draw the implementations on the Avantis 16V8 diagram,  the one used in class. 1.   Given a combinational function F(A,B,C) and a 2-bit sequencer specified below:         F (A,B,C) =   A B  +  A C  + B C  + A  B  C           A 2-bit sequencer that sequences in the order specified by K:   If the control signal K is ‘0’, the sequence is 0, 3, 1, 2, and repeat.   If the control signal K is ‘1’, the sequence is 0, 1, 2, 3, and repeat. Using one  16V8, implement both the logic function F and the 2-bit sequencer. Draw the implementation on the 16V8 diagram. Note: Both function F and the sequencer are implemented on the same 16V8  PLD chip.  2.  An up-down counter with synchronous clear, enable, and  open-drain  outputs, whose function table is given below, is to be implemented with one
