Squirrel Wars Volume I: An Introduction There are dueling factions of flying squirrels that occupy opposite sides of our roof. On one side are the proud people, called the Devvarmans. The Devvarmans are names after their sacred tree of string. The tree has what they call an "etching" that says "Somdev Devvarman". According to folk lore Somdev Devvarman was a great warrior who would use the String Tree on the great green field of battle to swat away huge yellow sun balls the size of a squirrel. While the Devvarmans praise and follow their tree, only one great squirrel can decipher the tree's message. This is of course The Great Lambini. The Great Lambini leads the people of the Devvarmans. He often dreams. These dream, it is told, are direct insight from the Somdev Tree. He wakes from his dream and tells the people how to praise the tree so the tree in turn will provide good harvest and protection from the Unnamed.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
