The Impact of HMR I would like to give a proposal for improving the management of human resources. I know that our company has benefits for our employee that includes co-pay. I think in order for the company to get more out of our employees we should start a program that would require the employees to have goals that are reachable and would allow for the employee to achieve, for the employees that reach their set goals the company should change their insurance from a co-pay to a full benefit deal. Doing something like this would encourage employees to work harder for

Unformatted text preview: better benefits. Another area I think our company should strive to make better would be the Training and development area. The employees could use any possible training the company would like to give to the employees in order for the personnel to become more efficient in all areas of the business. Motivational speakers would also be a great thing for the employees to have periodically to help out with their job performances. These are the areas that I think could benefit our company and the employees. This is my feedback on the company situation you had asked for each department to give and I hope it is helpful....
