General Hiring Regulations a) Anyone that works for this company will be required to fill out a legal application for review. b) All employees will be required to show legal proof of citizenship and have a valid driver’s license, social security card and/or identification card for tax purposes. 2. Hiring a) When hiring race, ethnic back ground and gender will not be considered in the hiring of an individual. b) Hiring preference of qualified personnel will not over see any application filled out. 3. Sexual Harassment a) Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. b) There is a zero tolerance for it and any person or persons in violation of this rule will be terminated on the spot. 4. Hours of Operation a) Hours of operation shall be set until otherwise told differently.

Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays will 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. f) Hours of operation during the winter will be Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or as weather permitting. 5.
