Individual responses low carb versus low fat diets Individual differences between total fat loss on a very low-carbohydrate ketogenic (VLCK) diet minus total fat loss on a low-fat (LF) diet for each person. Positive numbers reflect greater weight loss on the VLCK, whereas negative numbers indicate greater weight loss on the LF diet. Red circles = order of diets VLCK then LF. Blue diamonds = order of diets LF then VLCK. Volek et al Nutrition & Metabolism 2004, 1:1-13.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
