John Panaro Wellness Goals In today's society, personal appearance is very important to many people. My wellness goals include becoming a fit person, which is very simple yet takes a lot of hard work and commitment. Diet, Cardio and weightlifting are the three main ways to loose fat and gain muscle. We all have a healthy person inside of us , but many of us have psychological barriers to regarding the body and the life you want. Diet itself does not make you fit, but it is necessary to make sure your body gets adequate nutrition so it can function properly, repair muscle, and get the most benefits. Fruits are important, but think of them more as a treat than something you need large amounts of every day. Grain, referred to as carbohydrate foods or complex carbohydrates, should be eaten in relatively small quantities considering carbohydrates turn into glucose.Dairy is processed in ways it didn't used to be processed, and then sold to full-grown adults who no longer produce enough lactase to get maximum benefit from it.
