Edge-Triggered Flip-Flops: Transparency: An edge-triggered flip-flop ignores the pulse while it is at a constant level and triggers only during a transition of the clock signal. Some are on the positive edge (going from 0 to 1) and some are on the negative edge (going from 1 to 0)
