Lee 1 Kyle Lee Mr. Chaney English I CP, Period 4 Tues May 9th, 2006 Irony Assignment Odysseus was traveling with his companions 20 years after the reunion with his families. Adventure-spirit has been burning inside him. With his belligerent 20 comrades, he arrived at the first island named Jahapisland. One of his men said, “There is a race of cannibalism known as Jahap in this island, I heard”. Odysseus was cautious with his decision. People will die or survive according to his decision. However, he did not have a choice. They were out of food and water. Despite the hazard that they may go through, Odysseus decided to go in the island to find food. They will get out of the island as soon as they get food. The chief of Jahap was pondering about his prophecy. A long time ago, he got a message from the god, Zeus that one day a guy named Odysseus would come and he would cause a disaster if he is not treated well.
