Rashi Agarwal 8589830 EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT THIS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT dated this ______________ day of ____________, 20_______ BETWEEN: XXB Marketing Solutions Inc of Windsor, ON, Canada (the "Employer") OF THE FIRST PART - AND - Claudia Omerbasic of 120 S Creek Dr, Kitchener, ON N2P 2N3, Canada (the "Employee") OF THE SECOND PART BACKGROUND: A. The Employer is of the opinion that the Employee has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to assist and benefit the Employer in its business. B. The Employer desires to employ the Employee and the Employee has agreed to accept and enter such employment upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the parties to this Agreement agree as follows: Commencement Date and Term
1. The Employee will commence permanent full-time employment with the Employer on the 23rd day of February, 2020 (the "Commencement Date"). 2. The Employee must successfully complete a probationary period of six (6) months (the 'Probationary Period') beginning on the Commencement Date. At any time during the Probationary Period, as and where permitted by law, the Employer will have the right to terminate employment without any notice or compensation to the Employee other than wages owed for hours of work already completed. Job Title and Description 3. The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as a Marketing Specialist for 44 hours per week plus over time as needed and as permitted under the ESA. The Employee will be expected to perform the following job duties: Assist client in marketing their products and services, work according to the deadline, make changes in plan when needed also report to the higher manager Dave Giddings before drafting any mail to the client. 4. The employee must satisfactorily manage her client and grow business with the target of $10,000,000 in sales each year and if the employee will not meet this target the contract will be terminated 5. The Employee consents to be utilized on the standing and conditions set out right now. The Employee consents to be dependent upon the general supervision of and act in accordance with the requests, guidance and heading of the Employer. 6. The Employee will perform any and all duties that are reasonable and that are customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry or business of the Employer.
7. The Employer can't singularly and essentially change the Employee's activity title or obligations. The Employer may make changes to the activity title or obligations of the Employee where the progressions would be viewed as sensible for a comparable situation in the business or business of the Employer. The Employee's activity title or obligations might be changed by understanding and with the endorsement of both the Employee and the Employer.
