The Mustang is still one of the most commonly known, cherished, and most wanted nameplates in the auto industry. It may well be a retro style car inspired by the 1960’s classic muscle car, but the Mustang is in detail a modern car. Totally redesigned from the ground up with a new body first released in 2005, the 2008 Mustang is faster and more responsive than ever. It has the classic bold style, rear drive performance and affordability that have been Mustang’s trademark for years. The 2008 Ford Mustang is available in two body styles, the coupe and the convertible. Either style is offered with a V6 or a V8 engine. With a standard five speed manual transmission and an optional five-speed automatic available, your choice between 2 body styles, 4 different trims, and 2 engines types, as well as an assortment of optional features and packages, this Mustang can be customer inspired. Although the 2008 Ford Mustang has 4 trims, it is still a carryover from the 2007 model with nominal external modifications.
