This week we got to research a country I wasn’t familiar with other than knowing its name. According to information from The Water Project and an article titled Water in Crisis - Ethiopia I was able to ascertain the answers to this week’s discussion board post. The first question that we got to answer was: Who in the Ethiopian society has the most difficult time dealing with scarcity? What I found during my research is that Ethiopia like many African countries suffer from water shortages. However, the parts of the country that really hurt because of this are the smaller rural areas where water sanitation then leads to health issues. This also answer the second question we were asked: What do they need the most? In a country where we don’t even think about clean water, it’s hard to fathom that there are places in the world where it’s an issue. However, there are solves to this problem, some of them being unattainable due to financial constraint. But there are water filtration systems that we were issued while in the Marines that were portable and a size that fit in your pocket. These
