Indian In Blood, English In Taste And Intellect -The author of this document states that the English language is that of the dominance in the world, justifying the teaching of it to foreign people and children. -I believe this argument is totally opinionated with no fact to back it up. Back in this time we could not measure people on a large scale, let alone the languages they all spoke.
