Implementation Plan Since MMS is one part of the entire Xerox online data system, the integration and the compatibleness of the main system will be the most critical issues. To archive the satisfaction of the integration and compatibleness of the main system, testing is mandatory. Test Coding testing -Code is tested soon after it is written. If the code passed the tests, then it is integrated into the system. If it does not pass, the code is reworked until it does pass. Unit testing - tests the minimal software component, or module. Each unit (basic component) of the software is tested to verify that the detailed design for the unit has been correctly implemented. Alpha testing – during alpha testing, the entire system is implemented in a test environment to discover whether the system exposes defects in the interfaces and interaction between integrated components (modules).
