Unit 2 2 Abstract The body is created with many unique physical attributes which may be utilized by computer systems to authenticate an individual. Although this type of authentication seems a bit futuristic, it's actually occurring and has been occurring since the birth of secrecy. Biometrics is the new design on security, although it is in use it has not been made the number one way for people to access computer systems, because of the high expense involved with implementing such a tool. This paper will attempt to properly explain the uses of biometrics and ascertain the correct needs of enrollment before authentication can be completed.
