1. System Analysis Trong ph n này, c n làm 2 th là: - l y yêu c u - phân tích yêu c u. Vì yêu c u mình đã có (d a vào document mà ch Nga g i cho em đó. Các l y yêu c u nh ư th nào thì h cũng trình bày r i. M c đích là xem yêu c u c a khách hàng là gì (g i là user ế requirement or business requirement) đ suy ra h th ng c n nh ng gì(cái này g i là system requirement). System requirement th ng đ c mô t thông qua các analysis ườ ượ document. Đây là ph n chính trong cái system analysis. System analysis làm b ng Object Oriented Analysis và dùng UML thì th ng có các UML ườ diagram và b n mô t c a cái diagram. Thông d ng nh t có: ả ủ - System context: cái này là trong UML ko có và có th b qua. Nó dùng đ tìm stakeholders hay users c a system - Use case diagram: cái này ch bi t r i heng hichic có 1 cái c b n mà hay m c ph i là ế ồ ơ ả Use case name ph i là danh t ch ko ph i đ ng t .Vì use case là 1 Set of actions or process associated with actors. Ví d o Thay vì dùng Manage Employee thì ph i dùng là Employee Management (t c là nó bao hàm t t t n t t m i quy trình, task, activities liên quan đ n vi c ế Employee Management. R t hi m khi nó là 1 SINGLE action) ế o Delete Employee information thì ph i dùng là Employee information Deletion - Domain class diagram: là nh ng th c th chính-th ng là các danh t - trong lĩnh v c ườ c a h th ng s ch y.
