Bolts and Nuts shall be threaded in accordance with ASME B1.1 class 2A and 2B coarse series for 1" and smaller and eight thread series for 1-1/8" and larger. Dimensions of Nuts shall comply with ASME/ANSI B18.2.2. Insulation gasket dimensions shall be in accordance with ASME B16.21. Each bolt shall be coated with the vendor applied insulation and shall be supplied complete with 2 heavy hex nuts, 2 steel flat washers, and 2 insulation washers. PAMI shall be performed in accordance with T-11.516.103 (S-000-1530-002). 3. Materials Gaskets Bolts Nuts Insulation Washer Steel Washer PTFE Cushion Gasket 3.0 mm thick.
