BIOL 212 Porifera & Cnidaria Wennstrom Goals Read the introductory material in the chapters on Porifera and Cnidaria in your lab atlas. Supplement with readings from your text as needed. Recognize all taxa, common names, structures, tissues, and cells of the organisms below from live specimens (recognize phylum/class only), preserved specimens (P), dissected specimens (D) or microscope slides (S). Know the broad category of habitat each organism lives in (i.e. saltwater, freshwater, terrestrial). Know the general feeding habits of each organism (i.e. parasitic, filter feeder, carnivore)
