(20 Points) Consider the following circuit consisting of a generator, transmission line, and a resistive load at the end of the transmission line. The stabilization to SS V occurs after approximately 10 to 20 reverberations of the waves in the transmission line. Let SS V + be the sum of the all the forward facing waves and SS V be the sum of all the backwards facing waves. Then the steady state voltage is the sum of both of these wave groups, i.e., SS SS SS V + =+ .
