Thomas Stilley ENGL 15, sec 18 Abram Foley 3 March 2010 Journal I awake in a field, outside of Monroeville NJ, holding a banjo, a rubber chicken, and a scarily large bowie knife. I rub my head to attempt to clear the forming massive hangover, and I remember going to Prospectors with mixed feelings. I wanted to drink her memory away, but I was looking forward to the Brooks and Dunn, and line dancing. Sadness won out at first as a took a seat in the corner of the bar and sucking down cheap bourbon like a Dyson vacuum. After five or six or twelve drinks, two very pretty girls come up and drag me on stage for karaoke. Ahh, of course I snatched a banjo from beside the stage, as I insisted on playing Wagon Wheel, with the girls singing. They dragged me up on stage, its only right they join in. After receiving a very rousing round of applause, for a Tuesday night karaoke at a honky tonk bar, I insisted the girls come outside, and listen to me play some good old country music on my
